Despite all this, Xbox seems to have more up its sleeve for Game Pass in 2025. During the Gamescom livestream on day two, Xbox confirmed two more titles coming to Game Pass on day one next year. An isometric, Diablo-like action twist in 2021 Coralline-inspired EA Originals adventure game, Lost in Random: The Eternal Cube was revealed during the livestream and confirmed as a Game Pass release. The second game, a survival title called Train of EmptinessPlayers can build and customize their own train to embark on a journey to explore a surreal and mysterious void.

While both Lost in Random: The Eternal Cube And Train of Emptiness were both confirmed as day-one releases for Xbox Game Pass during the Xbox livestream, but neither shared concrete release dates. Both games join a list of 13 other 2025 Game Pass games that currently have no concrete months or dates set, so it will be interesting to see where these two games land compared to the many big titles coming next year. Subscribers to the service will no doubt have plenty of fun next year, even between the big first-party releases.

Gamescom week isn’t over yet, so gamers should keep an eye out for more reveals, gameplay deep dives, release dates, and Game Pass confirmations.
