World of Warcraft has partnered with Discord to offer the Parrlok pet as a quest reward. From now until September 8, players who stream for 15 minutes can World of Warcraft Using Discord’s Screen Share feature, you can get this free and exclusive in-game item to celebrate the launch of The war within.

Quests are a new feature Discord introduced in late March. Fans can earn rewards by playing or streaming certain games through the app. While rewards vary from quest to quest, completing them often earns cosmetic items for Discord or items for the game itself.

World of Warcraft is working on a way for Alliance and Horde characters to participate in a type of cross-faction play that is not currently available.

Now, World of Warcraft has officially launched its first Discord Quest to celebrate the launch of The war withinthe latest expansion. From now until September 8, players who accept this quest can obtain Parrlok, a recolor of the ogre pets Marrlok and Garrlok, from the Trading Post in. Wow. To do this, they must stream World of Warcraft to at least one friend via Discord in a DM, group chat, or on a server for 15 minutes. After that, they will receive a code they can redeem through the Battle.net app to receive their pet.

How to complete the WoW: The War Within Discord quest

• Navigate to the Discover icon at the bottom of the server list, then look for the Quests button at the bottom of the Discover list.
  • Quests can also be accepted via the quest bar, which sometimes appears as a hint in the app.
  • Discord quests are currently not available on mobile.
• Accept the WoW: The War Within Search.
• start World of Warcraftthen open a Discord direct message, group chat, or server and join a voice channel or call.
• Select Screen Sharing, the World of Warcraft Application and then go live.
  • Streaming screen playback World of Warcraft will not give credit for the quest.
  • At least one friend must watch the stream to receive credit.
• Stream the game for 15 minutes and then return to the Quests menu to claim the code.
  • The quest must be accepted and completed between now and September 8th.
• Redeem the code in the Battle.net desktop app to receive the Parrlok pet in-game.

Although this quest is to celebrate the beginning of WoW: The War Within‘s Early Access, fans do not have to play the new expansion to get this pet. All World of Warcraft Players can qualify for this quest even if they have not purchased The war within still.

This is not the only free reward Wow Fans can rejoice. World of Warcraft recently revealed a new Twitch Drop in the form of the Ghastly Charger – a former TCG mount worth around $1,400 – that players can earn after the official launch of The war within on August 26th.
