Will Jenn end up with anyone on The Bachelorette? Spoilers for the finale of The Bachelorette 2024

Will Jenn end up with anyone on The Bachelorette? Spoilers for the finale of The Bachelorette 2024

The Bachelorette The finale is less than a week away, and of course members of Bachelor Nation are feverishly trying to figure out how Season 21 ends for Jenn Tran.

After the eventful special “Men Tell All” The Bachelorette aired a new preview of the finale, which sees Jenn’s final two contestants, Devin Strader and Marcus Shoberg, meet her family in Hawaii. We also got a look at difficult conversations, heightened emotions, and a major cliffhanger that will keep everyone guessing.

In the episode “Men Tell All,” franchise host Jesse Palmer called the final part of season 21 a “groundbreaking season finale that everyone will be talking about.” He also promised, “You’ll be on the edge of your seat the whole time.” And ahead of her season premiere, Jenn told Decider she was “very happy with how everything went” and “very excited for it all to come to light.”

So, who will Jenn end up with on The Bachelorette? Does she leave the season 21 finale engaged to Devin or Marcus? Is she currently single? And what shocking proposal day twist does Bachelor Nation predict will lead to another “unprecedented” ending?

Here are Bachelor Nation’s most popular Bachelorette Theories about the season 21 finale, including spoilers for Reality Steve.

  • The Bachelorette Spoilers for “Reality Steve” Season 21: Will Jenn get together with Devin or Marcus?

First things first: It’s time to check in with Bachelor Nation’s favorite spoiler Steve Carbone, aka Reality Steve. As we know from Joey Graziadei’s season of The BachelorEven Reality Steve gets it wrong sometimes, but he has a definitive prediction for Jenn’s finale.

In a July 10 spoiler post detailing each episode, Reality Steve wrote, “The opening scene of episode 1 leads you to believe that Jenn is leaving Devin alone or seemingly rejecting him (because of the cream-colored jacket of the guy she’s talking to), but we know this show likes to use editing tricks. Like last season, the first clip we saw in Joey’s first episode was him at the altar on the day of the final rose ceremony, crying, a rose on the mantel, walking away, taking off his jacket, and making you think he left alone. Jenn did not leave alone. Jenn is engaged to Devin.” SHOCK!

For those still having trust issues after the Daisy/Kelsey spoiler mix-up, Reality Steve is trying to reassure them. “Last season, I was wrong for three months before it changed, so there’s nothing I can say that would make anyone believe this is how the show ends,” he wrote. “Based on all the information I’ve received since filming ended for this season, I’m reporting that this will be the end. No answer I give to the question of how sure I am will satisfy anyone who doesn’t want this to be the end. So I’m not giving percentages or anything like that. It won’t matter. This is the information I have, so here we go.”

  • Marcus goes before the marriage proposal

In keeping with the “Jenn and Devin are endgame” theory, another possibility for the finale is Marcus Shoberg leaving the show before proposal day. We know from the Men Tell All preview that he definitely meets Jenn’s family in Hawaii, but during Fantasy Suite Week, he made it clear that he didn’t love Jenn yet and had serious doubts, fears, and concerns about the upcoming proposal.

In the teaser for the finale of “Men Tell All” we saw Marcus telling Jenn’s mother that he wants to get to a point where he can propose to her, implying that he’s not ready yet. Later, Marcus also tells Jenn that he’s “fighting,” and she reminds him that they’re running out of time. “I know I love you. I know I don’t want to give up on us,” he says, causing them both to get emotional. Is Marcus eliminating himself? Is Jenn sending him home? Only time will tell, but let me put it this way: The fan theories don’t seem to be in Marcus’ favor…

  • Is Jenn proposing to her husband?

During the preview of the finale, we see Jenn talking to Jesse Palmer (presumably before the final rose/proposal). He says, “No Bachelorette has ever done that before. Are you sure you want to do that?” She responds, “I have to make up my own mind. I’m not going to let men dictate my relationships anymore… I really have to follow my heart today. What I’m about to do today is something I never imagined. But I have to do what’s right for me.” Next, we see a clip of Jenn standing in front of a man and saying, “I can’t let you propose to me.”

The implication of the edit is that Jenn turns down a marriage proposal, leaves the final rose on the podium, and ends the season alone. But Bachelor Nation has another possible explanation: Jenn turns down her husband’s marriage proposal because she would like to suggest himwhich would in fact mean Bachelorette Story.

While Reality Steve isn’t entirely convinced that Jenn is proposing, he did provide a solid analysis of the potentially misleading editing. “There isn’t an ounce of sadness on her face, nor is there a tear in her eye. It’s almost like she’s about to add, ‘…because I want to choose you’ or ‘…until I give you the final rose.’ These are just guesses… You’ll see that her face doesn’t match what she’s saying. Unless she’s the most emotionless person ever, I can’t imagine you uttering that line to anyone without feeling some sort of sadness. There’s nothing on her face when she says it,” he wrote in his spoiler post.

“Jen is standing there with Devin at the final altar, since we know what Devin’s suit looks like, and she’s like, ‘I just can’t let you propose to me,'” he continued. “…I don’t know what that scene is, but considering how they teased Joey’s season last year, the exact same way when the first episode started, it was the shot of him at the final rose ceremony, standing there at the altar with a rose on the table and walking away, crying, taking off his jacket, talking to the producers, and they wanted to make you believe that he’s single and nobody wants him… It looks now like, I don’t know what it is, but. I mean, it could literally be something as silly as, ‘I don’t want to, I can’t let you propose to me because I want to propose to you.’ They could have just left that part of the sentence out.”

  • Jenn finishes the season alone

While Reality Steve doesn’t think Jenn is leaving Hawaii alone (and honestly, neither do we), the edit takes the members of Bachelor Nation there, so we have to consider it a possibility. As a reminder, Jenn told Decider she was “very happy with how everything went on her season,” so that sounds like a happy ending to us! And usually, a happy ending in this franchise means an engagement!

  • Jenn gets engaged but is single today

Another theory circulating is that Jenn did She left the show engaged, but she and her winner have since split up, which we’ve technically seen before. Bachelor Nation favorite Zacharyreality recently shared his thoughts on the matter via TikTok, saying, “I think she chooses Devin. Will she propose to him? NO! Why would she propose to him? That’s a bad rumor. Devin and Jenn will get engaged and then after the show, when filming is done, Devin and Jenn will split up. And today, they are not together.”

“I don’t think it will be as dramatic as Rachel and Tino’s split, but I think it could be similar. I feel like Jenn has been expressing her singleness on social media,” he continued.

While we’ll have to wait and see if there’s any truth to this theory, we do know that Jenn fell in love with Marcus in the finale and he couldn’t return those feelings. And Devin fell head over heels for Jenn, but it took her a while to catch up. So will these mismatched feelings follow the contestants home? Only time will tell.

Be sure to tune in to the three-hour live finale on Tuesday, September 3 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC to find out.
