Megan Fox will no longer speak about her relationship status with Machine Gun Kelly after reports surfaced that the two called off their engagement, got back together and had some difficult moments over the past year. The actress explained the reason during her appearance on Alex Cooper’s Call her daddy Podcasts.

Cooper said the couple had been engaged but then called off the engagement and that they are now unsure of their current status. Fox then confirmed that she and MGK did indeed call off their engagement at some point.

“I think what I’ve learned from this relationship is that it’s not meant for the public,” Fox told Cooper. “I think I have no comment at this point on the status of the relationship per se. What I can say is that (he) is what I refer to as my ‘twin soul,’ and there will always be a connection to him no matter what. I can’t say for sure how big the connection will be, but I’ll always be connected to him in some way. Beyond that, I’m not ready to explain it. All of those things you said were accurate things that happened. And I would imagine they’re confusing or interesting to people and they’re like, ‘What’s going on?'”

Fox’s stance on sharing details about her and Kelly’s relationship has changed since they first started dating in 2020. The couple has been very open about their love story, and Fox first revealed in July that he is her twin flame. They even shared a cover for British GQ in October 2021.
