After several absences from Live with Kelly and MarkKelly Ripa returned to the studio this morning in another pre-taped episode.

She and Mark Consuelos sat down for their daily host chat – which consisted of brand new banter – followed by previously aired interviews with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Hannah Waddingham. The co-host pair also treated viewers to an earlier hip-hop lesson from them with Tweet Boogie.

Last week, several guest hosts took over Ripa’s role at the co-host desk, including Live Announcers Deja Vu, Jane Krakowski, Maria Menounos and Jenny Mollen. Fortunately, as a production source told DECIDER, the episodes featured brand new content despite Ripa’s absence.

A production source told DECIDER that the Live The family is taking their annual summer vacation. Luckily, the upcoming shows offer fresh and entertaining never-before-seen content as well as celebrity interviews.

The episode on Wednesday morning (August 14) is expected to include a conversation with Mark Cuban (The Shark Cat) and a performance by Jon Batiste.
