Tonight is the day. Vice President Kamala Harris is expected to officially accept the Democratic nomination for President of the United States on the last evening of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

Here’s what you should know if you plan to watch it.

When will Kamala Harris speak at the DNC tonight?

Kamala Harris will deliver her keynote speech at the conclusion of the Democratic Party Convention on Thursday evening.

An exact time for Harris’ speech has not been announced, but it will likely take place during the evening’s main program, which is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. CT.

How to watch Kamala Harris’ speech at the Democratic Party

The convention will be broadcast live from the United Center in Chicago on the network’s website Tuesday through Thursday between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET (6 p.m. and 10 p.m. CT).

USA TODAY will provide live stream coverage of the DNC every night Monday through Thursday on YouTube.

Who else will speak at the DNC on Thursday?

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer is expected to deliver what she described as a “relatively short speech” on Thursday.

According to USA TODAY, other speakers include Tennessee lawmakers known as the “Tennessee Three,” who gained national notoriety last year after the Republican legislature in the Volunteer State voted to exclude them.

The theme of the fourth day of the congress is “For our future”.

Here’s a look at the full 2024 DNC schedule for Thursday (all times Central Time):

  • 7.00-9.30 a.m.: Delegation breakfast
  • 9:00–10:00 a.m.: Morning press conference
  • 9:30–11:30 a.m.: Women’s Caucus Meeting
  • 12:00 to 13:30: Disability Caucus meeting
  • 12.00 to 13.30: Youth Council meeting
  • 12.00 to 13.30: Meeting of the Rural Council
  • 1:45 p.m.-3:15 p.m.: Meeting of the Veterans and Military Families Council
  • 13:45–15:15: Meeting of the Poverty Council
  • 13:45–15:15: Meeting of the Interreligious Council
  • 6pm-10pm: Main programme
