What I would have liked to have known before visiting Harry Potter World

A Harry Potter enthusiast has revealed five things she wished she had known before visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Orlando.

The theme park, which attracts millions of visitors each year, is popular with Disney, Marvel and Harry Potter fans around the world.

For those fascinated by the world of witchcraft and wizardry, Orlando has two parks dedicated to Harry Potter-themed adventures. If you’re planning a trip across the pond, TikToker @alyssaandthecity has some tips for you.

First, she wished she had known that you could interact with the goblin at Gringotts Bank, saying, “The goblin actually talks back to you, and his answers are so funny.”

She suggests asking him: “Do you know Harry Potter?”

Second, she points out that the park is usually less crowded on cloudy or rainy days.

Alyssa also wished she had known how to get free Butterbeer earlier in her visit. However, she doesn’t reveal the trick in this video, instead referring viewers to another post on her page, reports the Mirror.

To enjoy a free Butterbeer, all you have to do is visit the Three Broomsticks restaurant in Hogsmeade and select Butterbeer as your free drink when ordering a breakfast set.

The TikToker also revealed that she wished she had known about the walking trail that takes visitors directly from the hotels to the park. She commented: “It’s a beautiful walk and just under a mile long.”

Finally, Alyssa said she wished she had known that visitors could wait in line for attractions until the park closes. She further explained, “As long as you get in line before the park closes, you can still ride.”

“We always lined up at Hagrid’s a few minutes before the park closed so we could go on one last ride.”
