Watch Addison Rae give it her all in a rare TikTok dance video with epic abs

Addison Rae has made a name for herself on TikTok with her all kinds of dance moves, and now she’s going back to her roots. The 22-year-old just uploaded a TikTok video of herself letting it all out in a dance studio in a strappy bra and sweatpants.

In the video, you can see Addison rolling her body and showing off some really impressive moves while a dance instructor shouts commands in the background. Addison finishes it all off on the floor with a series of additional moves that you’ll definitely want to perfect at home. It’s also hard to miss how incredibly toned her abs are in that sports bra. Damn, Addison!

This is the first dance video she’s posted in a long time, so fans were understandably excited. “Ok Addisonđź‘€,” one wrote. “Yeeeeeesss we missed your dancing Miss Addison 👏🙌.” And the same goes for her.

When it comes to maintaining a super-toned midsection, Addison hasn’t really shared many details about her current workout routine with her fans, but she has shared a few behind-the-scenes glimpses to give them an insight into how she stays so fit.

Last year, celebrity-favorite gym Dogpound released a video of Addison completely nailing a leg workout. In the video, Addison is seen doing leg raises with weights behind her (a great butt workout), followed by impressive-looking rope slams. She then did jumping jacks with ropes and leg raises on all fours with ankle weights. Pulses, leg circles, and leg extensions rounded out the session for a full-body workout that definitely didn’t neglect her butt.

Speaking of butt workouts… Addison shared a six-minute butt workout with Kourtney Kardashian for Poosh in 2020. The workout consisted of 30 seconds of fire hydrants on each side, donkey kicks, and fire hydrant extensions. “It literally burns so much, but it’s so good,” Addison says in the video.

Addison is apparently also a fan of hot yoga—she was spotted leaving a class in July with her impressive abs on full display. And it makes sense that if she’s a yogi, she’d also enjoy Pilates. Addison shared a snap of herself in a class in August doing some thigh presses with a ring between her knees.

And of course, Addison gets a lot of cardio from dancing. Try doing some of these exercises at home without getting your heart rate too high.
