It has been a busy few weeks for Valve’s long-buried and supposedly dead major project that fans have been asking about for over 15 years. In the last few days, various details have leaked out regarding the possible early release of Half-life 3.

An actress reportedly added to her resume that she worked on the game that went viral before deleting it, but the company’s ambitious project has been the subject of further leaks.

Thanks to the work of well-known YouTuber and leaker Tyler McVicker, several codenames have emerged. These codenames were HLX and White Sands, which seem to be related to a game set in Gordon Freeman’s world.

Although this information is not entirely reliable, it is still valve project. Although it does not have an official name at the moment, its clear connection to action and puzzles suggests that it may Half-life 3.

This particular company releases games less frequently these days, so the mere fact that they are developing something is quite rare and could indicate that it is this highly anticipated game.

Another data mining leak contains some assets and names that don’t appear to be connected to any of the studio’s previous releases. Some of these names are quite unusual, but could easily fit an action game.

Another resume recently confirmed that a developer worked on a project for this studio from 2020 to 2023, potentially providing another important clue.

This is the first time in a long time that the leaks and rumors have a solid basis. Compared to previously leaked information, this could be a major breakthrough in the game’s development.

Although Half-life: Alyx was only for VR, it is one of the best games. Obviously the studio continues to strive for an incredible level of development while maintaining its good reputation.
