UPDATED: Missing 77-year-old woman found safe and sound

Police said missing 77-year-old Zoila Palencia, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, has been found safe and sound.

The woman, who was last seen on Saturday, was found at a nearby hospital.

“The details are still being determined, but her identification by personnel is most likely the direct result of a media report,” said Bristol Township Police Lt. Sean Cosgrove.

Bristol Township police were searching for the whereabouts of a missing 77-year-old woman.

Zoila Palencia was last seen in the Red Cedar neighborhood of Levittown, police said Monday afternoon. She was last seen on Saturday.

Authorities said Palencia was considered “at risk” and that “reduced performance” was being reported.

Palencia speaks limited English.

According to police, the woman has brown eyes, dark hair and is 1.62 m tall.

Anyone who sees Palencia is asked to call 9-1-1.
