Former President and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump threatens the billionaire and Facebook founder with prison Mark Zuckerberg in his new book Save America.

Under a photo of Zuckerberg meeting with Trump in the White House during his presidency, Trump wrote that Zuckerberg “came to the Oval Office to see me” and “brought his very nice wife to dinner, being as nice as can be, all the while planning to install nefarious lockers, in a true CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE PRESIDENT.”

Then came the threat:

He told me that there was no one like Trump on Facebook. But at the same time, and for whatever reason, he turned his opinion against me. We are watching him closely, and if he does anything illegal this time, he will spend the rest of his life in prison – like others who cheat in the 2024 presidential election.

Zuckerberg recently wrote a letter to the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee Jim Jordan (R-OH), in which he admitted that the company had made a mistake when it The New York Postcontroversial story about Hunter Biden’s Laptop in October 2020 after Trump’s FBI warned him about Russian disinformation efforts against the Bidens.

“It is now clear that the reporting was not Russian disinformation, and in hindsight we should not have downgraded the story,” Zuckerberg wrote. “We have changed our policies and processes to make sure this doesn’t happen again – for example, in the US, we no longer temporarily downgrade things while we wait for fact-checkers.”

This is not the first time Trump has threatened Zuckerberg’s freedom, but this time he was more explicit.

Back in July, Trump stated on Truth Social that “if I am elected president, we will go after election fraudsters on a scale never seen before and we will send them to prison for a long time.”

“We already know who you are. DON’T DO IT! ZUCKERBUCKS, be careful!” he continued, referring to Zuckerberg’s investments in election infrastructure in 2020.
