Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor team up to sell a $8,595,000 home, but listing the house together isn’t easy for the two of them. Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents.
In season 15, episode 7 of the show, Josh told Tracy that he got the job, but asked her to co-sign with him because he was going to Paris for Fashion Week.
Of course, some logistical issues had to be resolved first.
“If I’m doing showings and you’re walking around Paris in a completely different time zone, what’s the protocol?” Tracy asked Josh. He didn’t exactly reassure her, noting, “Tuesday I’m at Chanel, Wednesday at Louis Vuitton, Thursday at Givenchy… Thursday I might be open.”
Still, Tracy agreed to work with Josh to sell the 4,000-square-foot home – as long as she received fair compensation.
When they discussed their agreement on the August 21 episode, Tracy asked about their commission split. When Josh suggested they should “split 50/50,” Tracy hit back: “minimumright? Because I’m going to do the work.”
Josh didn’t quite see it that way.
“I’m giving you damn money,” he said. “What kind of work? I need you to sit here and do some viewings and get quotes.”
In a confessional, Tracy explained why that wasn’t actually the case.
“I love how Flagg automatically assumes that the deal will be easy,” she said. “He says that because he’s leaving. Because he doesn’t want to deal with the fact that I’m going to manage the deal from start to finish.”
Josh Was He was there at the beginning of the planning to market the property, but he wasn’t thrilled about the idea of attending a meeting with Tracy’s team to discuss it.
“This is a waste of time,” he said after appearing in Tracy’s office. “It doesn’t require a team meeting. It’s literally like putting it on the market and getting multiple offers. I don’t know why we’re doing this.”
Later, Josh and Tracy had dinner with Josh Altman and Heather Altman, and Tracy couldn’t contain her frustration at working with Josh Flagg.
“I’m on a co-list with Flagg for Roxbury,” she told the couple. “It’s fucking annoying.”

“The problem with a co-list can sometimes be that it’s challenging. However, if you find the right partnership, it can be a wonderful thing.”
Tracy was of a similar opinion. “I don’t really mind co-listing properties. Of course, there are some people you’d rather not co-list with because you do 90% of the work and they do 10%.”
