In season 15, episode 7 of the show, Josh told Tracy that he got the job, but asked her to co-sign with him because he was going to Paris for Fashion Week.

Still, Tracy agreed to work with Josh to sell the 4,000-square-foot home – as long as she received fair compensation.

When they discussed their agreement on the August 21 episode, Tracy asked about their commission split. When Josh suggested they should “split 50/50,” Tracy hit back: “minimumright? Because I’m going to do the work.”

Josh didn’t quite see it that way.

“I’m giving you damn money,” he said. “What kind of work? I need you to sit here and do some viewings and get quotes.”

In a confessional, Tracy explained why that wasn’t actually the case.

“I love how Flagg automatically assumes that the deal will be easy,” she said. “He says that because he’s leaving. Because he doesn’t want to deal with the fact that I’m going to manage the deal from start to finish.”

Later, Josh and Tracy had dinner with Josh Altman and Heather Altman, and Tracy couldn’t contain her frustration at working with Josh Flagg.

“I’m on a co-list with Flagg for Roxbury,” she told the couple. “It’s fucking annoying.”
