With both the Supercross and Pro Motocross Championships over, we now know who has qualified for the upcoming Monster Energy SuperMotocross World Championship Playoffs.
Pretty much all of the major players qualified directly by finishing in the top 20. This included point-scorer Chase Sexton, who finished well ahead of second-place Hunter Lawrence and the rest of the field, including Jett Lawrence, who is expected to return after recovering from injury.
Among those who just made it was Kyle Chisholm, who qualified 20th, five points ahead of 31st qualifier Dean Wilson.
Those who qualified in positions 21 to 30 will compete in a Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) race for the final two spots in the 22-rider field for the SMX races.
In the 250cc class, reigning SMX class champion Haiden Deegan leads the field, followed by Levi Kitchen and Tom Vialle. Nate Thrasher qualified 20th and Dilan Schwartz 31st. CN
