SAN MARCOS, Texas – A San Marcos man has been sentenced to life in federal prison for violating the child exploitation law, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Texas announced.

Christopher Scott Little, 48, pleaded guilty to coercion and enticement of a minor and was sentenced on August 19 by U.S. District Judge Sean D. Jordan.

So far, ten children have been identified as Little’s victims.

Little was convicted of numerous crimes against children nearly 20 years ago.

The background story

According to information presented in court, a child living in North Texas reported being blackmailed online by individuals in the summer of 2021.

The Texas Rangers and the FBI began investigating and discovered that Little was targeting the child from his home in San Marcos.

At the time of his arrest, Little was communicating with hundreds of people through social media applications, most of whom appeared to be minors.

Officials say Little used the same strategy in each conversation. He pretended to be a young girl named “Amber” who was deaf and mute and therefore unable to video chat.

“Amber” then coerced and seduced the children into taking photographs of their naked bodies and recording videos of themselves engaging in sexually explicit conduct. “Amber” also introduced the children to her cousin “Brandon,” also named Little, and encouraged the children to sexually submit themselves to “Brandon” in order to please “Amber.”

If the children refused to participate, “Amber” and “Brandon” threatened them with violence, including threatening to kill the children and their families.
