“I was pleased with our effort and energy throughout all four quarters. We have some mistakes to work out for next week, but we’re excited for the opportunity to play at home again,” said head coach Adam Handley.

The Rockies will celebrate the Blueberry Festival weekend with a 7 p.m. home game against Colombia City on Friday. The Eagles (1-0) won their opening game with a 42-0 victory over Churubusco.

Plymouth lost 42-0 to Columbus City last season.
