SAN FRANCISCO, August 27, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Roam Artisan Burgersthe popular, family-friendly restaurant with five locations throughout the Bay Area, is expanding with It is first location in Marin County, opening August 31, 2024 at the Corte Madera Town Center in Corte Madera, CA.
Since its launch in 2010, Roam has built a following with its customizable burgers, seasonal salads and shakes, and thoughtful approach to ingredient sourcing and sustainability. The restaurant places an emphasis on serving grass-fed meats, local produce and dishes made with high-quality ingredients.
Exclusively at Marin, Roam’s new soft serve window will feature Guittard’s chocolate-dipped cones filled with organic ice cream from Straus Family Creamery.
Designed by Zero Ten, Roam’s Marin location will showcase a fresh, new and brighter look with modern accents and large windows, as well as plantings by Ito Ito. Outside, the dining patio will feature a fire pit and a children’s dining area.
Roam is distinguished by its commitment to delicious food that is better for you and the planet. The restaurant is transparent about the ingredients and origins of each dish on the menu. The expansion into Marin County is personally meaningful for founders Josh Spiegelman and Lynn Gorfinkle. Josh grew up in Mill Valley and Lynn regularly bikes and hikes in the Marin mountains.
