VANCOUVER, Washington – The 7th annual PeaceHealth APPLETREE Marathon, Half and 5K event weekend will take place September 7-8, 2024. In partnership with Why Racing Events, PeaceHealth is proud to once again serve as title sponsor of Vancouver’s premier endurance race featuring four distances: Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K Run and Marathon Relay.
At each event, this “run through history” takes you on a flat, fast and scenic course through Fort Vancouver, Officer’s Row, the Army Barracks, Pearson Airport and more. The weekend kicks off with the 5K Sunset Run on September 7, where runners are greeted by a live band at the finish line. On September 8, the spectator-friendly, two-loop Boston Marathon-qualified marathon course highlights the beauty of the Vancouver community and offers an exciting race experience. First responders have the opportunity to complete the marathon course as a relay team.
