Christina Hall is opening up about her life after divorcing her estranged husband Josh Hall. The Christina on the Coast host posted pictures of her three children on Instagram, along with a note about gratitude. In addition, Hall explained in her stories that she has found a “new level of gratitude.”
The real estate investor also revealed that she is living a life that is in line with her dreams. She enjoys spending time with her friends and her work is also going well.
In her social media stories, Hall explained, “One month later… I finally have my appetite back. I’m exercising again. My kids are happy and our house feels like home. These poor kids love me. Anyone who really knows us knows that, and that’s what matters.”
The HGTV star shed light on her life after the divorce, addressing fans: “I have a life coach and I made a promise to myself and to her – I will never give up my peace again. I say if you’ve ever lost peace and found it again, there’s a new level of gratitude for every single moment of life. There’s a tremendous amount of appreciation for the present moments and being present.”
She concluded by saying, “If that’s the lesson, then I’ll take it. If you have a positive attitude, the rest will fall into place, as always.”
In addition to a note, the TV star also posted a photo of herself with her children and captioned it, “Perfect Friday night.” Hall has her daughter Taylor and son Braydon with her first husband and her youngest son with her second husband Ant Astead.

Christina and Josh Hall made their separation public in mid-July after the filing documents were obtained by People Magazine. According to the documents, the divorce was filed on July 16 and the reason given was irreconcilable differences. Hall was recently seen moving out of the home he shared with Christina. After moving out, Josh also spoke about the divorce on his Instagram account.
Hall posted a photo of himself and his dog and wrote in the caption: “I prefer privacy, especially during a life-changing thing like a divorce that I did not want.” He added: “I will not publicly badmouth anyone because people have families, friends and others that they respect and love.”
Christina and Josh Hall dated for a year before getting married in 2022.
