ASHLAND COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO/Gray News) – Three people have been charged after a pit bull attacked a six-year-old boy who was handcuffed at his hands and feet.

Charges have been filed against Angelina Williams, the boy’s mother, Robert Michalski Jr., the boy’s uncle, and Taylor Desiree Marvin Brown, Williams’ boyfriend.

Williams is accused of child endangerment. Michalski is accused of child endangerment and tampering with evidence. Brown is accused of child endangerment and obstruction of justice.

The prosecutor’s office said the case would be presented to a grand jury.

According to MPs, the attack occurred on Saturday, August 17.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found the child handcuffed at his hands and feet. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

Officials said the dog and his owner, Michalski, were found hiding in an alcove.

The dog was taken into custody as a vicious dog.
