Modest Mouse has good news for people who keep swimming: It’s time for an anniversary tour. Two decades after the release of Good news for people who love bad newsthe rock darlings from the Pacific Northwest have announced an anniversary tour. It begins on October 29th in Hawaii and then travels east, concluding with a three-day stay in New York.

Good news for people who love bad newsoriginally released on April 6, 2004, is the fourth studio album by Modest Mouse and features hits such as “Float On” and “Ocean Breathes Salty”. Good news was nominated for a Grammy for Best Alternative Music Album and “Float On” was nominated for Best Rock Song that same year.

Following their first stop in Honolulu, The Black Heart Procession will support Modest Mouse, who will be stopping at the Fillmore on November 20.
