After we have softened it for the cold of winter, Live Co-hosts and partners Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos were clearly geared up for a spring awakening at the beginning of the season.
The pair – who once famously gave a sensual foot massage on air and engaged in a sweaty wrestling match with Consuelos in a tight singlet – returned to their unofficial post as the hottest duo on morning TV with a hilarious innuendo at the start of Wednesday’s show.
“Mark kept me up all night last night,” Ripa told the crowd, which cheered en masse as her husband flexed his thick muscles above his head to the sounds of the crowd collectively losing their minds.
“No, no, it’s not that. It’s not what you think,” Ripa confirmed, much to the disappointment of studio-goers – and Consuelos chimed in, jokingly calling them “disgusting” for letting their minds wander into sordid territory.

Ripa went on to say that Consuelos was “vocal” in bed, mainly due to “a lot of noise” and “heavy snoring,” which led to an attempt to drown out the horrific noise with noise-canceling headphones.
“You were unstoppable, so I put on a podcast,” she said, admitting that she also tried to wake her husband up by “lightly hitting the bed next to you,” but to no avail.
Consuelos then confirmed that he would “try nose strips at some point” – thereby comically capping the couple’s mutual provocation.
