Marion Jones, Shane Mosley, Devin Haney and others are included as the legitimacy of SNAC Nutrition is questioned

Since the controversy surrounding Ryan Garcia, Victor Conte and his sports nutrition brand SNAC have largely withdrawn from the limelight. The YouTube boxing commentator ShowBizz for adults is not ready to let the issue go. Today he took the stage to raise new concerns about the company Conte founded in 1987.

Let’s go back to 2005, when Victor Conte spent four months in prison for his involvement in the steroid scandal in which the former world champion was involved. Shane Mosley and other prominent athletes. After federal agents raided Conte’s notorious BALCO laboratories, the scandal entangled numerous personalities, including Olympic track and field star Marion JonesBut today it is not Conte’s past that is being examined, but his present. ShowBizz the Adult has interviewed Jones, Mosley and Devin Haney into the conversation to explain his point of view.

What can SNAC do?

The boxing commentator first introduced Conte and explained: “Victor Conte is the reason Marion Jones played unfairly and Sugar Shane Mosley played because of Victor Conte.” However, the biggest problem ShowBizz had with Conte and his sports supplements brand was that the 74-year-old was instrumental in founding the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA), an agency responsible for doping tests on athletes.

Interestingly, Conte himself admitted this in an interview, but later changed his statement to say he was only acting in an advisory capacity after the organization denied ever having a hand in setting up the company that helps collect and analyze samples from boxers for banned substances. Regardless, ShowBizz continued: “For me, SNAC has shown that it is capable of rehydration.”

The boxing commentator used the example of Devin Haney, who promotes the brand, to emphasize how the boxer manages to lose weight at the weigh-in to look like a giant during the actual fight. This was especially evident during Haney’s fight against Vasyl Lomachenko last year. ShowBizz even brought in Demetrius Andrade (also the brand’s promoter), who moved up a weight class to fight David Benavidez and looked bigger than Benavidez on fight night.

ShowBizz believes that this has led to many questions, “Dude, how can you allow a guy like Conte to not only participate but also sponsor?” The answer according to ShowBizz is: “But the thing is, Snac never pops.” According to ShowBizz the Adult, Snac’s ability to avoid drug tests despite helping athletes build muscle is questionable. While there is no evidence that Conte is still doing what he was jailed for in 2005, that doesn’t mean he is immune from accusations from the boxing community. Take the Ryan Garcia case, for example.
