Macomb County Chamber and NextGEN Macomb launch first 40 Under 40 Awards – Macomb Daily

Macomb County is home to many outstanding leaders who impact their respective fields and communities, and for the first time ever, individuals ages 40 and under are being recognized for their efforts.

The Macomb County Chamber, leading advocacy group for small and large businesses throughout Macomb County, is partnering with NextGEN Macomb to host Macomb County’s first 40 Under 40 Awards.

The opening event will take place on November 21st from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Palazzo Grande in Shelby Township.

“We are thrilled to launch the inaugural 40 Under 40 Awards,” said Kelley Lovati, CEO and President of the Macomb County Chamber and Macomb Foundation. “We are tired of celebrating the exceptional young talent here in Macomb County and look forward to making this an annual tradition.”

The awards are presented by NextGEN Macomb, a branch of the Macomb County Chamber that represents young leaders and professionals committed to making Macomb County a great place to live, work and play. The group focuses on strengthening the local economy, serving the community and shaping the county’s future. The group also hosts monthly events throughout the year where young professionals can network and gain education.
