Machine Gun Kelly celebrates the beginning of his daughter Casie’s teenage years.

Calling her “my love,” the 32-year-old rapper shared photos on Sunday of the father-daughter pair celebrating their special day with family time and a big birthday cake. “OMG YOU’RE A TEENAGER,” read the icing on a cake he posted to his Instagram story.

The musician added that he was a “proud dad” as he shared a photo of Casie hugging Kelly (real name Colson Baker) while presenting her with her special birthday cake.

“Today you are officially a teenager. Happy 13th birthday my love 🎂❤️,” he wrote alongside another photo of Casie wearing cool white sunglasses.

In December, Kelly spoke on Drew Barrymore’s talk show about his love for Casie and his hope that she will maintain her innocence as she gets older.

“I was walking behind my daughter at the airport the other day and she just has this walk, it’s this pure joy of life, she’s so excited about life like she’s so young in her life,” he said. “I’ve experienced so much in my life. I just pray to every god that exists that she keeps this joy of life forever and that no one stops her.”

Kelly added that he hopes he “always has the opportunity to step back and watch her blossom like that.”

“I will endure any torture that could befall her if I could so that she can keep this forever because… it’s worth living to see. Her voice is so sweet and not corrupted by what the world has to offer,” he said.
