CR North heads to first game of Little League World Series: Video
The Council Rock Newtown Little League team will face the winner of the Southwest Regional Tournament from Boerne, Texas tonight in the Little League World Series.
The 2024 Little League World Series begins on Saturday with four exciting elimination games.
To kick things off, Canada – which suffered an 8-0 first-round loss to Chinese Taipei – will look to rebound and stay in the double-elimination tournament when it faces Puerto Rico. Also in action is the Czech Republic, which lost 4-1 to Cuba and now faces Aruba after suffering a 2-0 loss to Mexico.
Elsewhere on Saturday, South Dakota prepares for a crucial game against New York after a close game against Florida, while Pennsylvania is ready to go all out against New Hampshire after a tough loss to Texas.
