The 2024 Little League World Series continues on Sunday with four second-round games taking place in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, all of which are to be won or lost.

In the United States group, the Little Leagues from Illinois (Hinsdale Little League), Washington (South Hill Little League), New York (South Shore Little League) and Pennsylvania (Council Rock Newtown Little League) are battling for a place in the tournament. Each team is just one loss away from ending their LLWS.

In the international group, Mexico and Australia must try to shake off double-digit losses, while Canada and Aruba had to survive the losers’ group matches on Saturday to get another game.

Plus, the night game is extra special: The New York Yankees and Detroit Tigers will face off in the MLB Little League Classic at historic Bowman Field in Williamsport. This one-off event, an official Major League Baseball game that factors into the standings, is designed to be a way to bring baseball’s superstars together with the young players of this year’s LLWS.
