The long-awaited Illinois State Fair is finally here, featuring unique food combinations, thrilling rides, and the famous Butter Cow as a popular attraction for fairgoers.
But the State Fair is also known for its artists and this year’s concert program is nothing short of exciting.
Music is offered on several stages on the Springfield site, some of which are free. The biggest artists perform on the largest stage, the so-called Grandstand.
This year’s headliners include country superstars, rap phenomena and rock legends.
Here are all of this year’s Grandstand artists. Shows start at 8pm each night and doors open an hour earlier.

- August 10th: Mötley Crüe with Phil X & The Drills
- August 11: Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit with Ashley McBryde
- August 13: Jordan Davis with Ashley Cooke
- August 14: Lil Wayne with Chanel West Coast
- August 15: Jonas Brothers with Deleasa
- August 16: The Smashing Pumpkins with PVRIS
- August 17: Miranda Lambert with Gavin Adcock
- August 18: Shaboozey with Restless Road and Reyna Roads
