Some of the country’s best athletes are vying to win gold for the United States at the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris.

Dozens of these athletes call the Peach State their home.

So far, the United States has brought home 122 medals. Eighteen of those medals are from athletes with ties to Georgia.
