“Unfortunately, disaster is never far away. Max’s girlfriend Safi is killed and we are drawn into a murder mystery with a supernatural twist. Max’s original ability to turn back time has morphed into the ability to shift timelines entirely, and we will explore two parallel realities – one where Safi is safe and well, and the other after her death – to discover the identity of her killer.”

While the standard version of the game costs $50, players will have to shell out a whopping $80 for the Ultimate Edition and will be able to play the first two chapters two weeks early, on October 15. This has caused a stir online, as the likelihood of spoilers being posted before the game’s standard release seems very high.
