Kelly Stafford, the outspoken wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, has never been a woman who keeps her mouth shut.
Now that the 2024 NFL regular season is upon us, Kelly has some advice for her fellow NFL WAGs who will be traveling in the next few weeks.
Kelly gave advice to Kansas City Chiefs mainstays Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes.

Ms. Stafford’s advice consisted of three simple words: “Don’t lose yourself.” She explained her advice further to E! Online.
“I wish someone had told me when I started here not to lose myself. I would say don’t try to become the person everyone else expects you to be. Because that’s exactly what I did and in the process I lost myself,” Kelly said.
“And that has to do with personality, looks and everything. Everyone will tell you how you should look, what you should say and what you shouldn’t say, all these things. And when you start listening, you lose the values and everything that you have that makes you who you are and what makes you the person that your husband fell in love with.”
It seems pretty simple.
Taylor Swift should have no problem staying true to herself, because she’s built her career on it. She has a legion of support from her Swifties and can never do anything wrong in their eyes.
However, with Brittany Mahomes the story is different.
She always seems to rub people the wrong way. Whether she’s throwing water on her fans in freezing cold weather, publicly supporting Donald Trump, or dancing alongside Patrick’s insufferable little brother Jackson on TikTok, she always seems to get on people’s nerves.
But maybe she is? In that case, she follows Mrs. Stafford’s advice to the letter.
