If you have always been curious what Ryan Seacrest’s dressing room looks like, then today is your lucky day – and you can see his former Live Co-host Kelly Ripa.
The 53-year-old TV personality was recently crowned a Disney Legend at D23’s Ultimate Disney Fan Event, complete with some touching remarks from Seacrest. But when she got backstage, All my children A former student stopped by her friend’s locker room and sneaked in because she was curious to see what he had been eating.
Sharing the footage on her IG story, she said, “Here we are, outside Ryan’s dressing room, and I feel like I should go in and see what kind of snacks he has.”

In the clip, she opens the door and offers fans a quick glimpse into the room, which has a few comfortable armchairs and a small make-up station.

But within seconds, Ripa walks straight to the food table, zooms in on the food, and says, “Okay, literally, pita bread, which he’s not going to eat… hummus, which he probably dipped his finger in.”
The star then goes to the fruit basket, which appears to be missing a fruit. Ripa suggested: “Maybe he had an orange.”

Ripa then turned the camera on herself and concluded with the words: “Very disappointing.”
She followed up with another clip after spotting a promising-looking Erewhon bag, but it turns out Seacrest was just reusing the bag for his clothes. Ripa captioned the video, “Thought I found some good snacks @ryanseacrest.” And in response, Seacrest simply reposted the story with a “LOL” GIF.

Aside from foraging for snacks backstage, Ripa also got to give a speech after receiving her special honor. She quipped, “Ryan, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m just so glad you finally found something else to host.”
She added: “That’s a rarity in this industry, anyone can tell you that. To have been employed by the same company for 34 years without a break is my great fortune. I owe everything to Disney.”
In an exclusive Q&A with Disney Legends, Ripa also talked about how Seacrest’s tribute made this milestone even more memorable. She said, “It’s special that Disney recognizes our interdependence, and I think that makes sense. We can only give and receive awards from each other, so this is very special, and of course it gives me the opportunity to harass him on a public stage, which I never get tired of doing.”
Maybe this will inspire Seacrest to change his snacking habits – especially when Kelly is around.
