Kelly Ripa is glowing and showing off her gorgeous figure. In a new social media post, the talk show host poses in a bathing suit with her longtime husband Mark Consuelos. “Sunset with sexy,” she captioned the photo on Instagram Stories. How does she approach diet, fitness and self-care? Here’s how you can incorporate her healthiest habits into your life.

Kelly has worked with nutritionist Dr. Daryl Gioffre for many years. He explained her diet to E! For dinner, Ripa eats a salad again, but she adds steamed or sautéed vegetables or grilled greens, he says. “And she likes to eat seasonal vegetables because they’re just healthier. And then she eats proteins, and that might be grilled tofu or tahini or some fish protein.”

Kelly loves to indulge in desserts, but makes sure they’re healthy. One of her favorites is avocado chocolate mousse, made with avocados, pure vanilla extract, raw cacao, dates, and sea salt. She also likes chocolate chia pudding for the fiber.
