Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are the ultimate adventure partners.
In a post on Instagram on Friday, Live with Kelly and Ryan The co-host posted a photo of herself and her husband Consuelos, both 51, climbing in the heat.
“Couples therapy,” Ripa wrote in the caption.
The TV star shared several moments of her adventure with her followers.
In a photo shared on Instagram Stories, fans saw the couple tackling the cliff together. “Love on the rocks,” Ripa wrote. In another story, she wrote, “On the rocks with @instasuelos.”
Consuelos appears to have made it to the top of the mountain in an additional shot that shows him enjoying the view from above. “It makes it seem more dramatic than it is,” she wrote.
The couple celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary in May and shared some sweet throwback photos and tributes to each other on Instagram. “26 years with the love of my life!” Ripa captioned her post.
“Happy anniversary! 26 years. Penguin status,” Consuelos wrote, also posting a photo of two penguins holding hands with the words “mates for life” written above their heads.

Ripa also shared a video on her Instagram story of the two having breakfast and congratulating each other on their anniversary with a kiss. When asked for words of wisdom, Consuelos replied, “Find someone to make you coffee, toast and a little breakfast on your anniversary… for all the guys out there.”
Ripa also showed off the pink and white floral arrangement that Consuelos bought her for the occasion. “Best Husband Award Winner,” Ripa wrote.
She and Consuelos eloped on May 1, 1996, after meeting on the set of All my childrenThey have sons together: Michael, 25, Joaquin, 19, and daughter Lola, 21.
Michael wished his parents a happy anniversary, tagging them in a cheeky Instagram story with pictures of Godzilla and King Kong. “Happy anniversary mom and dad!” he wrote.

The couple’s eldest child also recently had his own reason to celebrate: he attended New York University’s graduation ceremony at Yankee Stadium to receive his diploma.
Although Michael officially graduated from school in 2020, an in-person ceremony was postponed at the time due to COVID restrictions.

Michael, who studied film at university, was also supported by his brother and sister at the ceremony, as seen in a sweet family photo posted on their father’s Instagram story.
Consuelos also took a silly photo from the stands of his son graduating in a purple gown and cap.
