While this journey towards the last episodes of Yellowstone Premiere at the TV schedule 2024 is still a long way off, but there are some gold nuggets scattered along the otherwise rocky road that have me excited. The series has been in production for a while now, and we’ve gotten a handful of nice Montana updates from the cast. Now Kelly Reilly has given us a big update when she announced that she’s finished filming in Big Sky Country and is now shooting the show in Texas.
Kelly Reilly celebrated the completion of filming for Yellowstone in Montana
In recent months we have welcomed many members of the Yellowstone pour News from Montana and the ranch we have come to know and love. This included Kelly Reilly when she posted a beautiful video from the property. Now, however, the Beth actress is done with Montana and is filming in Texas, as she posted a photo of herself on a horse with the caption:
There’s so much excitement in this post! First, Beth doesn’t ride often on the show, so I’m really hoping this is a sign that we’ll see her ride more this season. Also, it seems to confirm that her character is heading south with the dorm boys and Rip, and I can’t wait to see that!
She apparently confirmed that Beth is going to Texas in the second half of season five
Reilly reiterated in her IG post that she is not finished filming yet. Yellowstone. She’s just not filming the series in Montana, they’re in Texas now. So this seems to be some kind of answer to a Question I had about Yellowstone last episodes surrounded like Beth and Rip would arrange his move with the cows to the south.
At the end of the first half of the fifth season, it was revealed that Rip and some of the other branded Yellowstone Characters would be heading south with the cows. Also, Jefferson White’s Jimmy was shown working on the 6666 Ranch after not being seen for most of the season. So Reilly’s post from the 6666 seems to confirm that Beth will be down in Texas with her husband and the boys.
Notably, Rip and Beth have had an extensive conversation about this move and are committed to making things work, so this development isn’t necessarily surprising. However, I’m curious to see what impact this has Beth’s feud with Jamie And Kevin Costner’s exit from the series. Maybe it’s her respite from drama. But I guess she’ll bring drama and action.
Overall, this article has made me even more enthusiastic about Yellowstone Premiering November 10th on Paramount Network. I also wonder what adventures Beth and co. will have once they arrive in Texas. I hope they form a great partnership with 6666 and Jimmy. But knowing this show, realistically there will be drama, action and violence first.
So, make sure you tune in on November 10 to see what Beth is up to in Texas. In the meantime, you can stream the first five seasons of Yellowstone with a Peacock subscription.
