Kelly Brooks fears after marrying her “dazzling” husband Jeremy Parisi

Kelly Brooks fears after marrying her “dazzling” husband Jeremy Parisi

Kelly Brook and her husband Jeremy Parisi captivated their fans with their participation in the Celebrity Race Across the World.

Kelly told the BBC ahead of the broadcast that they were looking forward to their “new adventure” together, but that he had “made her life difficult” by choosing a “cheap” room to save money.

Her TV appearance comes two years after the couple married in Italy in July 2022, also having to overcome adversity.

Not only did they have to contend with massive weather problems, which meant that the “historic” ceremony had to be moved from the outdoors to the top of the Torre di Cicerone, the model also admitted that she was worried that her big day might not be captured on camera.

Speaking on Heart Radio, Kelly joked that the videographer had taken a liking to Jeremy, who he reportedly described as “dazzling”.

“I’m a little worried about the wedding video,” she told her co-star JK. “We had these guys flown in from the UK, they were filming the rehearsal dinner… and this guy Tom had had a few drinks.”

“Drunk Tom was completely in love with Jeremy. He said, ‘You know what, Jeremy, I filmed you through the bushes. You’re amazing. Kelly, you’re lucky, I’m so in love with Jeremy!'”

Kelly admitted she was scared of watching a live-action version of Love Actually, in which best man Mark, played by Andrew Lincoln, films only the bride and his true love Juliet, played by Keira Knightley, and accidentally cuts out the groom.

“At this point I’m wondering if I’m actually going to be in this video. Is it going to be a case of ‘Love Actually’ number two?” Kelly added.

The Heart Radio star joked she was afraid her wedding video would be a repeat of Love Actually

“Yep, that’s Jeremy again, through the bushes, here’s the back of my head. Who’s slightly out of focus? Oh, that’s the bride.”

She recently told The Sun that they were a “pretty traditional, normal couple,” but added that Jeremy could be particularly sentimental when it came to their wedding.

“Jeremy wants to see the wedding video every week. He sees it all the time. I’ve never seen him smile so much,” she said.

Since her big day, the radio presenter has shared a series of photos and clips of her guests showing off her four beautiful bridal outfits.

Kelly began the celebration in a white lace dress, but was later seen feeding Jeremy berries in a different dress that featured a strapless sweetheart neckline, layered leaf-print lace and sheer flared sleeves.

Later in the day, Kelly rocked two more unconventional outfits – a stunning bridal jumpsuit with an overlay lace skirt and a white tuxedo mini dress with a V-neck, button front and lace trim on the sleeves.

Kelly suggested to Jeremy that they consider their participation in the Race Across the World as their honeymoon.

She told Closer: “We hadn’t had a honeymoon yet and I said to Jeremy we should consider this as a fun alternative, a once in a lifetime experience. Sometimes it was the honeymoon from hell – sometimes it was just glorious. It has to be the most unforgettable honeymoon ever.”

It also helped the couple get to know each other better, especially Jeremy’s competitive spirit.

“I didn’t realise how ambitious he was, like, insanely ambitious. For me it’s much more about the experience. I think I got on his nerves because he was going full steam ahead.
