Skeleton Crew Lead actor Jude Law is a star Wars Fan for as long as he can remember.
In an exclusive interview with People Magazine during Disney’s D23 event, the actor talked about how star Wars influenced him during his childhood.”I don’t think I can remember much of my life before that. star Wars. I mean, star Wars and the phenomenon of that first film was all-encompassing for kids of that age,” Law said. “Then another one came out and expanded the world even more, so to speak.”

Many animated Star Wars characters have made the leap to live-action adaptations, and Skeleton Crew now offers the perfect opportunity for another one.
The franchise from a galaxy far, far away may even have influenced his career choice, as Law told reporters: “And I think when I look back now, it was a big part of my love affair with filmthe beauty of film as storytelling and maybe that’s what inspired me to act and why I wanted to be in that world.”
What can we expect from the Skeleton Crew?
Law also gave us a glimpse into what we can expect from the upcoming Disney+ series. Describing the series, Law said it is “very much about working together and overcoming fears and… maybe overcoming (your) opinion of yourself or your weaknesses in order to be successful.” The show could also have connections to other star Wars Series and films, old and new, with Law saying: “And there are great references to old films and current episodes and series. There is a lot of originality and I hope that viewers enjoy it.”
