Jeff Bezos and his fiancée Lauren Sánchez made headlines this summer when they sailed through the Mediterranean on Bezos’ $485 million yacht, Koru.
The 60-year-old Amazon founder and the 54-year-old media personality enjoyed a star-studded trip with stops in Greece, Italy and Spain.
Their recent journey included a stopover on the remote Balearic island of Menorca, where they and other luxury yachts sought shelter from a low-pressure system called Dana.
Accompanied by their companion yacht Abeona, which has water toys and additional amenities on board, the couple has hosted a number of high-profile guests including Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry,
Orlando Bloom, Leonardo DiCaprio and his 25-year-old Italian supermodel girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti.
The A-list group was spotted enjoying the lavish lifestyle aboard the 417-foot Koru, which is considered the 32nd largest yacht in the world and costs an estimated $25 million a year to operate.
During their Mediterranean adventure, Bezos and Sánchez attracted attention not only for their luxurious surroundings but also for their romantic gestures.
The couple were recently spotted sharing a passionate kiss in front of Rome’s famous Trevi Fountain and taking part in the traditional coin toss in hopes of a future return to the Eternal City.
Their public displays of affection continued as they walked hand-in-hand through the cobbled streets to a dinner at the prestigious Pierluigi restaurant, where they enjoyed white wine, salad and bread at a table decorated with a single red rose.
The couple also took a moment for a more celebratory visit to the Vatican, where they met 87-year-old Pope Francis.
Sánchez shared the encounter on social media, writing: “He reminded us not to take life too seriously, a simple but powerful reminder to keep lightness in our hearts.”
Their summer began in June with island hopping in Greece, where Bezos’ 19-year-old son Preston made a rare appearance.
Kim Kardashian joined the couple enjoying the Mediterranean Sea on jet skis. Kardashian and Sánchez have maintained a close friendship over the years and have often been seen together at high-profile events, including a Beyoncé concert and a double date in New York City in 2022.
The couple’s Mediterranean tour continued with visits to Mykonos, Hydra and Pserimos, known for their beautiful beaches.
In July, they took a short break from sailing to attend the annual Sun Valley Financial Conference in Idaho, a gathering of the world’s richest people.
Bezos and Sánchez were most recently spotted on the island of Sardinia, where they were accompanied by Perry, Bloom, DiCaprio and Ceretti.
The group disembarked for lunch at an upscale beach resort before returning to the luxury of Koru.

Their luxurious lifestyle, including the world’s largest sailing yacht, which can only be propelled by sail power, underscores their position at the pinnacle of wealth and influence.
The couple recently moved from Seattle to the exclusive Indian Creek Island in Miami, where Bezos purchased three mansions worth around $237 million to serve as their luxurious base whenever they leave the high seas.
