CLEVELAND Browns backup quarterback Jameis Winston captivated his teammates and social media users with a speech before a preseason game.

The 30-year-old NFL veteran gave the speech before the Browns’ away game against the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday night.

The Browns’ official X-Account released a clip of Winston motivating his guys before the game at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington.

Winston, a former No. 1 first-round pick in 2015, gathered his teammates and gave a pregame speech to get the mood going.

“It’s not just about having fun, man!” Winston began.

“Remember the time when you played best football Game of your life!

“Do you remember after the win when you went to CiCi’s Pizza and celebrated with the guys!”

His Browns teammates unanimously expressed their approval of the speech.

Winston continued, shouting, “You’ve got it in your heart, man!”

“It’s a long way back to Cleveland.

“Let’s not leave here without a win.

“Put everything you have on the line today.

“Let’s play a game of memory, man!”

Social Media Users were impressed by Winston, who staged a viral pre-game speech before the final warm-up game.

“He is the best pre-game hype man I have ever seen,” commented one.

“This man is a leader,” wrote another.

“He has the backups ready to run through a wall,” added a third.

However, the speech apparently didn’t matter, as the Browns lost 37-33 to the Seahawks.

Cleveland finished the preseason 0-3.

Winston will replace Deshaun Watson, who struggled to return last season after a year away from football.

The Browns face the tough task of opening their season at home against the Dallas Cowboys on September 8th.
