One expectant mother shared the unusual baby name she was considering for her daughter, but everyone said the same thing.
Everyone said the nickname reminded them of a cult character from the Harry Potter series.

In a post on Mumsnet, the pregnant woman revealed the reasons for her choice.
However, it was quickly pointed out that strangers would make comparisons if they were introduced to their daughter.
The author said she was considering the name Bellatrix for her daughter.
“I think it could be a nice name,” explained the expectant mother.
She said she liked the idea of ”naming the child after the star,” referring to the constellation Bellatrix.
The Mumsnet user added that the Latin translation of the name is “warrior”.
She explained that she would probably name her daughter “Belle” for short.
Although the poster made no reference to Harry Potter, other Mumsnet users were quick to draw comparisons to a villain from the series.
“Belle is adorable – but sorry, Bellatrix reminds me of the character Harry Potter and personally I think that makes the name seem outdated,” one person wrote.
“Is this a joke?” asked another confused reader.
“I would just think of the character Harry Potter,” agreed a third Mumsnet user.
“Well, it’s a cool name, but not Harry Potter-like,” said another reader.
“Have Professor Gilderoy Lockhart perform a global memory charm and then you can use the name without associating it with Harry Potter,” one person joked.
“Bellatrix is too closely associated with Harry Potter in my opinion – and is a very evil character!” said another Mumsnet user.
The author responded and explained that she was now aware of the name’s connection to the magical series.

As a kid, I always wanted one of those personalized keychains with my name on it.
But no chance, the next best thing I could find was Rosie, Joseph (not great for a little girl) and Joanne.
Josie is short for Josephine, a French first name, and I managed to reach my 20s without ever meeting anyone with that name.
When I try to introduce myself to people, I hear all sorts of random things – like Tracey and Stacey – which can be pretty annoying.
Although I’ve come into contact with a few Josies in the last year – there seem to be a few of us around my age – it’s still a much rarer name than the one most of my friends have.
Overall, it doesn’t bother me, at least it’s not written in a rude or crazy way.
And it means I can “do a Cheryl” and just call myself Josie with impunity.
I’m getting married this year and some friends are shocked that I’m changing my last name because it’s not considered cool or feminist these days. But I explain to them that I’m not that attached to Griffiths because I always say “Hi, this is Josie” when I call a friend.
I think it’s nice to be unique and will definitely try to do that when naming my own children.
You have to be careful of the swear words, and after nine years as a lifestyle journalist, I will definitely avoid them.

The character played by Maggie Smith in the series was Minerva McGonagall, while Helena Bonham Carter played the villain Bellatrix Lestrange.
“I’d look for a site with a list of characters, because it sounds like you might find some inspiration there. At least Minerva is a good person this time,” suggested one reader.
“I think Minerva is beautiful and I don’t really mind Bellatrix, but I wouldn’t use it because of Harry Potter. Bellatrix Lestrange was a huge bitch!” said another commenter.
