The Lake Mary Little League has played a lot of games so far, but had to fight their way to the quarterfinals, beating Hawaii 4-3 on Wednesday to advance. Henderson suffered its first loss in the World Series, losing to Texas in a tough 5-2 decision on Wednesday.
The winner will have a chance for revenge in the US championship game against Boerne Little League on Saturday.

Japan fought hard to win its first two matches of the LLBWS, but faced a powerful Chinese Taipei team on Wednesday and lost 4-1. Venezuela will be hoping for some redemption after losing to the Tokyo team on Monday. Since then, the Latin American team has won two games in a row, eliminating Mexico on Wednesday.
Whoever wins this game will play in the international final against Chinese Taipei on Saturday.
