Florida (6-1) vs. Chinese Taipei (5-0)

No team has played more games in Williamsport this year than Lake Mary Little League. The team representing the Southeast region has had a tough schedule since losing to Texas last week. But thanks to timely offense, they have worked their way into the championship game and even got revenge on the Southwest team in the U.S. Championship on Saturday.
This is the ninth time a team from the Sunshine State has advanced to the LLBWS title game, and the first since 2003. Never has a team from Florida won it all.
Chinese Taipei has battled through the international bracket, beating teams like Japan and Venezuela to reach the final undefeated. While the country formerly known as Taiwan dominated Little League years ago, no Chinese Taipei team has won the title since 1996. They are trying to become the first undefeated champions since Honolulu won it all two years ago.
