Washington (US), September 24 (ANI): British actor Tom Felton, known for his portrayal of Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter film series, required medical attention at a celebrity golf tournament in Wisconsin this week.

According to E! News, the actor took part in a celebrity golf match ahead of the 2021 Ryder Cup on Thursday. Unfortunately, he was unable to complete the game as he was feeling unwell.

Pictures taken at the event show the actor receiving help from passersby before he is placed on a cart and taken away for further treatment.

During his journey through the Whistling Straits race track in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, Tom was joined by other sports stars such as hockey player Teemu Selanne, professional wrestler Mandy Rose, surfer Kelly Slater and other professional athletes.

Just a day before the incident, the actor had celebrated his 34th birthday by raising money for the Jed Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports the emotional health of teens and young adults and prevents suicide.

“33 years have gone – my god it’s been so much fun getting here – and yet somehow I feel like the best is yet to come – thank you all for your love, support and sense of humor – let’s keep it up – here’s to the next 33 xx,” he wrote on Instagram at the time.

This is certainly not the first golf tournament Tom has taken part in. Earlier this month he was spotted in England taking part in the Pro-Am event ahead of the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth Golf Club. In January 2020 he also travelled to Hawaii where he showed off his golf skills at the Sony Open.

Aside from his golf appearances, Tom will also be seen in the upcoming drama “Lead Heads” with Rupert Everett, according to Fox News. (ANI)
