And just a few weeks earlier, fans admitted they didn’t know that a popular This morning The star was also seen in “The Wizarding Wheezes of Fred and George” in Diagon Alley.

If you think back to when Harry, Ron, Hermione and their friends were spending their first year at Hogwarts, you will see Neville being given a magical item called the “Remember Me”.

It is a spooky little ball that contains smoke and turns a dark red color when its owner misplaces or loses sight of something important.

“I read about that,” Hermione exclaims in the iconic scene. “If the smoke turns red, it means you’ve forgotten something.”

Neville then responds with one of his character’s most famous lines: “The only problem is that I can’t remember what I’ve forgotten!”

And apparently it took 23 years after the film’s release for some viewers to notice what the Gryffindor favorite had misplaced: his cloak.

In the scene, you can see that everyone around him is wearing a long black cloak over their uniform, but Neville is not.

“I was years old today when,” one commented on social media today.

Another confessed: “I kept thinking it was because he couldn’t remember what he had forgotten.”

“Okay… It only took 20 years,” added another, before a fourth continued, “I never noticed when I was younger.”

A third continued: “2001 and now 2024, all this time only to find out it was his robe.”

Others were more skeptical of the theory.

“I really don’t want to offend you but it’s probably not his bathrobe since a lot of kids in this scene aren’t wearing one,” one person noted.

“It could still be that he forgot, but if we just look at the facts… no proof.”

Someone else pointed out: “Guys, this is a joke. What Neville forgot is what he forgot. Not his robe.”

“The joke HERE is that they actually solved it and it was obvious and wasn’t originally a joke.”
