SAN ANTONIO – Hard Rock Café is participating in the World Tour Burger Contest with five delicious burgers inspired by different cultural flavors!

From now until September 2nd, customers can enjoy five unique burgers, each representing a different part of the world.

The Bengaluru Burger is an Indian fusion cuisine with American cheese, sweet and spicy pickled mayonnaise, black bean salsa, roasted jalapeños, guacamole and shredded lettuce. The Bucharest Burger is a Romanian creation with garlic horseradish aioli, marinated camembert, tomatoes, smoked onion rings, lettuce and cranberry jam in red wine. The Gramado Burger is a Brazilian burger with garlic aioli, crispy mozzarella cheese fritters and whiskey bacon jam. The Kathmandu Burger is a double-topped Nepalese sensation with sweet chili mayonnaise, provolone cheese, caramelized onions, avocado and tomato zucchini slaw. And the Pittsburgh Burger is a classic American favorite with two smashed patties, legendary sauce, smoked bacon, pickles, beer cheese sauce, whiskey bacon jam, American cheese and French fries.

The best-selling burger will have a permanent place on Hard Rock’s menu.

The Hard Rock Café is open until 11 p.m. Monday to Friday and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
