She showed off her epic bikini body as binding Girls, and Halle Berry is at it again.

The 51-year-old mother rang in the new year by posting a snapshot of herself in a skimpy black bikini.

“Coming for you 2018,” the actress wrote under the picture.

Halle, who has two children, nine-year-old daughter Nahla and four-year-old son Maceo, shared the throwback snap, which is believed to have been taken the previous year.

But take a look at the actress’s epic Instagram feed and you’ll see that Halle is in the best shape of her life.

The actress has always placed great emphasis on healthy eating and fitness – and this approach was further reinforced after she was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 19.

“My diet is geared towards managing my diabetes, so I try to eat four small meals a day. I want to feel strong and healthy,” said Halle Women & Home South Africa.

She admits that she follows a ketogenic diet to stay in shape.

“The idea is that you train your body to burn healthy fats, and that’s why I eat healthy fats all day long,” she said on a US talk show. Live!

“Avocado, oil, coconut oil, butter, but no sugar. So if your body is trained to burn fats and you’re constantly in fat burning mode, that’s the secret.”
