Musician’s Friend has launched its huge Labor Day sale very early, offering tempting discounts of up to 50%. This includes many big brands like Fender, Epiphone, Squier and many more. It’s the biggest sale at a major retailer right now, so it’s worth checking out if you’re on the hunt for bargains.
Sweetwater has some great deals on Fender right now, with discounts of up to $200 on a range of the company’s guitars and pedals. There are even discounts on the excellent Fender Tone Master Pro, which also includes some free impulse responses from Eminence.
For our UK readers, Andertons have phenomenal PRS discounts. Buy any PRS SE Series guitars at discounted prices and you can get a free pedal worth £45. Plus, buy any PRS amp and you’ll get a free pedal worth up to £379 – perfect for anyone who loves the PRS sound.
There are some great, wallet-friendly deals on Behringer pedals at Guitar Center, from tuners to reverb pedals there are some hefty discounts here. The price is already firmly in the bargain category and the added discount makes these a no-brainer if you need something useful for your pedalboard.
Finally, Fender has expanded its offer with $200 off select American Professional II models. There are plenty of discounts on various series like Player Plus, Vintera II and American Performer, but $200 off the American Acoustasonic range particularly caught our eye.
That’s it for this week’s big deals. Labor Day is coming up, so we expect the big names to announce more deals soon. Until then, check out our top picks below to find even more great deals on guitar accessories. Until next time!

Guitar sales for shopping
This is how we select our offers of the week
Here at Guitar World, we are experts in our field and have many years of experience playing and testing products. We live and breathe all things guitar and we use this knowledge and experience of using products in live, recording and rehearsal scenarios when selecting the products we recommend.
First and foremost, we are guitarists and we want to offer other players the right products for them at the best prices.
For us to recommend a deal, it has to be a product we’ve reviewed, has a really good price, or is part of a really fantastic package. It’s also important that we only recommend retailers where you have a positive shopping experience.
Why you can trust our decisions
We spend a lot of our time scouring guitar shops for fantastic deals on our favorite gear. It is not only our job to find the best gear in our Buying Guidebut we also strive to help players get the best Offers also for the equipment they need. After all, the only thing better than New Gear Day is a big discount.
We cover many of the major sales events throughout the year, including Memorial Day, Black Friday4th of July sales and Amazon Prime Dayand we have a good overview of which products are likely to receive the biggest discounts and when, what the prices have been in the past and which offers are really worth it.
Where is the best place to shop?
Shopping online is definitely a lot easier and safer than it used to be, and we’re happy to recommend a handful of online retailers who have excellent reputations and offer fantastic benefits like hassle-free returns, great customer service, and in some cases, full checks and set-up of guitars before shipping. So all the deals we recommend on this page are from retailers who meet these criteria.
What offers should I look for?
Great deals come in all shapes and sizes. There are a few main types to look out for:
- Unique piece – A single product with a big discount
- Sitewide discounts – A single discount percentage for a wide range of products on one site
- Discount codes – Fill your shopping cart up to a certain value and redeem a discount code to save on the contents of your shopping cart.
- Offers with added value – These include volume discounts or free additional products or software when purchasing certain items
November is here and with it a slew of early Black Friday deals have landed in our inboxes. We were expecting an influx, but this year it’s already exceeded the expectations of the writing team here at Guitar World, with pretty much every retailer and many manufacturers either going all out with their Black Friday sale or tempting us with some sweet discounts beforehand.
First off, Sweetwater’s early Black Friday sale has kicked off, offering massive savings of up to 70% on gear. Big names like Mesa/Boogie, Taylor Guitars, and Universal Audio are all included.
