“Good Omens” star Michael Sheen gives hints about the end of the third season

“Good Omens” star Michael Sheen has given a preview of the end of the third and final season and hopes that fans will get everything they want.

The actor, who plays Aziraphale in the Prime Video television series, spoke to TV Insider and said he couldn’t go into details as cameras hadn’t started rolling yet, but he couldn’t wait to start watching the new episodes.

“It’s still in development, but I’m obviously delighted to be working with David (Tennant) again and I love the character. I’m very excited about it,” he said.

“One of the extraordinary things about being part of (Good Omens) is the audience, the fans, the enthusiasm for it. You have to take it very seriously because it really touches people,” Sheen added.

“And seeing how people reacted to the end of Season 2 was extraordinary. So yes, I hope and am sure that Season 3 will be a satisfying experience for everyone.”

In the finale of the second season of “Good Omens,” Aziraphale and Crowley finally confessed their love and kissed.

However, their happiness did not last long, as Aziraphale insisted that they both go to heaven together, which Crowley refused.

The duo ended the season separated and conflicted, with the threat of the apocalypse once again rearing its ugly head.

Earlier this year, Neil Gaiman announced that filming for the third season of “Good Omens” will not begin until January 2025.

Meanwhile, Sheen will be on our screens next month in “A Very Royal Scandal,” a new take on Prince Andrew and Emily Maitlis’ interview.

Sheen will play the disgraced Royal, while Ruth Wilson will play Maitlis.

A good omen Seasons 1 and 2 are now streaming on Prime Video.
