Genshin Influence has officially announced exciting quality of life improvements and difficulty changes for the upcoming update 5.0. Developer HoYoverse has confirmed that Genshin Influence Version 5.0 will introduce a ton of new content, including a large region and three playable characters.

The upcoming region in Genshin Influence is called Natlan and is the sixth main nation to be added to the game. This means that of the seven main regions, only Snezhnaya remains unexplored, at least for now. In addition to new playable content, HoYoverse’s major updates usually introduce many mechanics and quality of life improvements.

The first banner phase is expected to feature Mualani and Kachina, while Kinich will likely be released in the second part of the update. As for character recurrences, previous leaks suggest that Geo Archon Zhongli and Cryo user Wriothesley will also be in Genshin Influence Update 5.0.
