Frisco, Texas, seeks feedback from residents on city services and quality of life

The City of Frisco invites residents to participate in a survey that is open until August 19, 2024

The City of Frisco invites its citizens to share their views on local services and quality of life through a citizen survey. The survey, which takes about 20 minutes to complete and can be accessed here, is open until August 19, 2024.

This survey follows a scientific survey conducted last month with 400 randomly selected participants. The feedback collected will inform future decisions about Frisco’s growth and development.

“We encourage all residents ages 18 and older to take the open survey,” Mayor Jeff Cheney said in an official statement. “The more people participate, the better data we will have. This is an opportunity for everyone in the community to share their thoughts and help shape the future of Frisco.”

The survey covers a variety of topics, including economics, mobility, community design, engagement, utilities, safety, environment, inclusivity and overall quality of life. The results will highlight Frisco’s strengths, identify areas for improvement and show what matters most to residents. The data will also allow the city to compare its performance with other communities across the country.

Responses are anonymous and personal information is securely managed by Polco, the survey platform, which maintains a strict privacy policy. For more information, contact Deputy City Manager Henry Hill at 972-292-5109.
