JONESBORO, Arkansas (KAIT/Edited Press Release) – St. Bernards Healthcare announced its inclusion in Forbes’ America’s Best-In-State Employers 2024 list, joining a group of 25 employers in Arkansas.

St. Bernards’ placement means the only organization based in Northeast Arkansas is represented on the list.

Forbes Media LLC compiled the rankings in collaboration with the statistics portal and industry ranking provider Statista Inc.

The list is based on a nationwide, independent sample survey of more than 160,000 employees in companies with 500 or more employees.

Companies from all industries took part in the survey and over 4.4 million employee evaluations were evaluated.

Forbes based its evaluation on both personal reviews, in which employees recommend their employer to friends and family, and public reviews, in which friends and family members of employees or private individuals working in the same industry recommend a company.
